Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Locations: 5–7 business days
Remote Areas: Delivery may take a little longer depending on courier availability.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Glowrine offers Cash on Delivery (COD) in selected serviceable locations across India.

COD availability may vary depending on your delivery PIN code.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will usually attempt delivery more than once. If the delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the package may be returned to us.

Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the package and product.
